Hi First Graders and Families!
My name is Mrs. Brodbeck and I will be your 1st grade teacher this school year! I am so excited to welcome you to our classroom and to spend this wonderful year learning new things! There are many ways for you to keep up with our classroom. Below I have outlined the most important:
Classroom Blog: I use this blog to post our weekly newsletters. The newsletter will include what we are learning about in the classroom, upcoming events, photos of what we are doing as well as important reminders. This will be my main outlet for information this school year. Each week I will send out an email with a link to the blog. You can also find the blog by visiting our classroom Canvas page and hitting the button "Classroom Blog".
Canvas: Our classroom Canvas page has a link to almost everything that you could possibly need. This includes our daily schedule, specials schedule, back to school PowerPoint and a link to our weekly Mystery Reader sign up. You can also find learning links and websites that may be used from home in Canvas.
Twitter: I use this to post photos and reminders throughout the week. Follow us @CTEMrsBrodbeck
